An overused term perhaps but a great way to strengthen shared values and create common goals.

For each implementation, the indicators are different. Within Rugged Logic your unique KPI's can appear on every page, allowing you to monitor them as you complete your forecast. They can be set with minimum and maximum ranges and automatic alerts if the range is exceeded.

Examples include gross profit %, minimum cash, interest cover, current ratio, capex ratio, cost of finance, debtor days, creditor days.
