Invented by Dr Geoff Bristow as a remedy to the many headaches he endured while operating as a turnaround specialist and interim CEO on over 14 M&A transactions in the USA & Europe. Since each situation required a new financial model, he knew only too well how difficult it was to produce them by hand.

Rugged Logic is accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England & Wales) and we make customer support our highest concern.

Because every business is different, we don’t believe in “Excel templates”. Trying to shoe-horn your business into an “off-the- shelf” model just won’t work, but on the other hand you don’t want to wait while someone builds it for you by hand from scratch…
